High-Efficiency, Fine Fiber Filters Built to Last

The DBE-2000 and DBE-3000 are equipped with industry-leading Ultra-Web® cartridge filters that deliver:

• High efficiency
• Long filter life
• Low energy consumption

Ultra-Web® filtration technology features a layer of fine fibers (0.2-0.3 microns in diameter) on the surface of the media to capture sub-micron contaminants. This makes the dust cake come off easily during automated cleaning cycles, providing clean air longer.

In addition, the unique triagonal filters are designed with 27% of the media located at the bottom of the filter for improved pulse cleaning, increased airflow per cartridge, and superior performance.

A Workbench Built for Comfort

The DBE-2000 and DBE-3000 provide powerful downward airflow and even air distribution to effectively capture dust and fumes across the entire work surface. They operate quietly and enhance operator comfort by drawing particulates away from the breathing area.

Both models include:

• Hinged side-wing panels that open to accommodate longer workpieces
