The Donaldson Culture

Our Employee Value Proposition—Innovation & Collaboration that Matters—reflects the strong, people‑focused culture that defines Donaldson. We foster a highly collaborative environment where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and inclusive problem‑solving empower employees to make a meaningful impact from day one. While we take pride in tackling complex challenges, we also make time for fun and connection. Every year, Donaldson interns come together to celebrate National Intern Day with activities that blend community impact and team building—spending part of the day giving back and then returning to headquarters for outdoor games and shared experiences that strengthen their network and build lasting memories.
