Applications
Redrying Processes
Redrying includes drying and remoisturizing. During this stage, the dust collector is used during the classification, drying and elution of the tobacco leaves and stems within the surrounding environment. Depending on the application, there may be concern with cross contamination; our dust collectors can be customized to meet the specific needs for each type of tobacco product.
Primary Processes
Primary production processes include the lamina line, stem line and expanded tobacco processing. The dust collector can be applied to the airlift classifier, FBD (fluid bed dryer), optical detection, cutter, annular dryer, elutriator and more.
Secondary Processes
This production process involving the cigarette packaging machine includes pneumatic cutting of tobacco, tobacco stem concentrated collection, a tsui rod machine and dust room concentrated collection, vacuum chamber, tipper and support of internal fan.
Central Vacuum Cleaning
Donaldson products make it easy to vacuum every process without the need to move bulky vacuuming equipment. Our high vacuum dust collector ensures simultaneous operation of multiple vacuum cleaners with quiet operation.
Ambient Air Filtration
