Liquid Modular Skids
Donaldson liquid modular skids enable efficient point-of-use filtration of process and ingredient liquids and can be assembled modularly with the flexibility to add or remove filtration stages as needed.
Skids come with pre-mounted valves and manometers and are available in different sizes, depending on the required number of filter cartridges. An easy connection to a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system is incorporated into the skid design.
The "plug & play" functionality enables fast and fluent integration into the manufacturing plant and helps to save maintenance costs and production downtime.

Full Flow / Sterile Water Skids
Donaldson Sterile Water Skids are specifically designed around our Donaldson LifeTec™ filter elements. We offer best-in-class filtration for clarification, trap-filtration, and cold sterile filtration of water, beer, and wine.
A wide range of applications is possible: From removing particles or enabling sterile filtration of your municipal water to catching remaining yeast and bacteria after conventional filtration applications and sterile filtration right in front of your bottling line.
The skid design follows a tailor-made approach, with standard housings on a skid that can be designed to your needs. Configurations with one to three pre-filtration steps are equally possible as parallel configurations for redundancy or continuous filtration.
The skids use standard components from well-known and approved suppliers meeting hygienic design standards to provide reliability and performance.

High Flow Skids
Donaldson’s High Flow Skid is a modular, plug-and-play filtration system engineered to deliver clean water with advanced particle reduction at scale.
Designed for high-volume applications, it supports flow rates up to 200 m³/h / 900 gpm and integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructure—making it ideal for pre-Reverse Osmosis filtration and process water treatment. Built for scalability and hygiene, it helps protect downstream equipment, reduce maintenance needs, and support compliance with water quality standards.
