What Sets Our Filters Apart

Our filters are built with Ultra-Web® fine fiber technology, created through an electrospinning process that creates a resilient web of continuous fibers just 0.2–0.3 microns in diameter. This filtration layer helps trap even submicron particles on the surface of the filter, enhancing filter efficiency and performance.

Ultra-Web® Fine Fiber Technology

The Ultra-Web® fine fiber outer layer employs a web of very fine resilient fiber 0.2-0.3 microns in diameter to catch very fine dust particles at the surface of the filter. This prevents particulate from settling deep into the filter substrate and can make our filters last longer than standard media options.

The role of a dust cake in a continuous-duty collector is to help filter particulate, increasing the efficiency of media while the residual dust helps rebuild the beneficial dust cake after pulsing.
