Air – Doing more in less space is what today’s air cleaners are expected to do. Donaldson pioneered PowerCore® technology, and it’s now the transportation industry standard for smaller air cleaner and filter configurations. Our industry-leading air cleaners and filters can be configured to fit into under-hood nooks and crannies or in space-saving behind-the-cab configurations. Many of these configurations are built to OE specifications with proprietary-fit technology that meets OE performance requirements and preserves service part revenue streams.
Fuel – Engine technology has changed dramatically over the last two decades, and fuel filtration has needed to change with it. Environmental regulations now require greater engine efficiency and reduced emissions. As a result, high-pressure common-rail (HPCR) injectors that offer more efficient fuel distribution require greater protection from water and particulate contamination.
Donaldson offers the best one-two punch for protecting HPCR injectors. Our leading media options feature Synteq™ DRY coalescing technology that offers a much higher performing primary fuel-filter-water-separator system. For secondary fuel filters, our Synteq XP™ media offers the best protection from particulate contamination – four times cleaner than our competitors’ best alternatives.
Hydraulics and Transmissions – For hydraulic systems to efficiently get work done, they need to start clean and stay clean. Donaldson offers a range of innovative solutions for hydraulic systems, like Clean Seal that helps hydraulic systems start clean, and Synteq XP™ media that allows hydraulic systems to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively over time.
Donaldson hydraulic reservoirs are also designed to optimize space and performance. By engineering the available space on the equipment and integrating deaeration filtration into the system, our reservoirs are optimally sized for your platform.
Lube – Donaldson lube filtration options deliver an ideal balance of efficiency, minimal restriction, and maximum flow, that saves on cost, space, and maintenance. Our innovative options safeguard engines from contaminants while extending the life of oil and filters.
