The easily integrated designs are available in a number of sizes and media options so that there’s a perfect solution for your need.

Easy Integration

PowerPleat’s innovative lightweight design allows for system simplification that saves money; as a two-stage system, there’s no need for an external pre-cleaner. Highly flexible mounting options and multiple inlet/outlet configurations make system integration easy.

Size Ranges

PowerPleat comes in a wide range of sizes, with several that are drop-in replacements for Donaldson’s popular FPG and FRG models. The space claim required for servicing PowerPleat 4 – 10 sizes is 30 percent smaller than many alternative products.

Media Options that Match the Conditions

To optimize performance for any application, we configure PowerPleat filters with cellulose media or high-performance Ultra-Web® media which delivers higher efficiency and higher dust-holding capacity, two characteristics that can elevate/differentiate air-filter performance for your customers.
