Donaldson Company participates in E-Verify, an employment authorization database provided through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA). As required by law, we will provide the SSA and, if necessary, the DHS, with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

Our Internship program provides opportunities to train in uniquely tailored environments, collaborate with Donaldson colleagues and contribute to projects. Designed to help current college students and recent graduates build practical experience, these programs often lead to a Donaldson career.
Our internships provide undergraduates the chance to gain real world experience in their field of study. We offer internships in engineering, finance, HR, IT, marketing, sales, supply chain, material science, and more.
Internship opportunities are posted online, and we encourage candidates to apply via our Careers website.
Recent college graduates with a 3.0 GPA or higher can participate in our Operations Development Program (ODP) and accelerate a career in manufacturing, operations and/or supply chain leadership. During a 36-month period, individuals experience several rotational assignments at one or more Donaldson U.S. manufacturing locations.
ODP opportunities are posted online, and applications are accepted on our Careers website. ODP participants are full-time Donaldson employees, and are offered a competitive total compensation package, including relocation assistance.
Every summer, interns at our Bloomington headquarters complete a day of service event at a local organization, in keeping with our company's tradition of making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.
